If you want custom orthotics, we begin by making a plaster mold of your foot. This gets sent to our orthotics lab where an insole is made for your unique anatomy.

What to expect on yOUR first visit
We take the time to ensure that we discover not only what hurts, but also what may be contributing to your pain.
A 60 minute initial assessment which includes:

• A detailed health history to understand you and your complaint
• A thorough physical exam to discover what hurts and why
• An easy to understand explanation about your condition
• An individualized treatment plan unique to you and your goals

Following your assessment we'll either begin treatment, or send you to the appropriate referral. Depending on the complexity of the case, we may not have time to begin treatment during the first appointment.
