Kinesiology tape is an elastic tape used to help treat common sports injuries. By lifting the skin away from the muscle, it promotes blood flow. It provides support for joint instability, sprains and strains, and can also be used to reduce inflammation. 

Orthotics made for you. Using plaster, we will make a cast of your foot which is used to craft an orthotic for your unique foot, and your unique needs.
